Frances Miller Mumaugh

Frances Miller Mumaugh (July 11, 1860 – 1933) was an American still-life painter. She exhibited an oil, A Dreamer, at the World's Congress of Representative Women of the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago, 1893; and was as a consequence an exhibitor at the Louisiana Purchase Exposition, 1904.
