Samuel Waugh

Samuel Bell Waugh (1814 in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania – 1885, in Janesville, Wisconsin) was a 19th-century American portrait, landscape, and disturbing panorama painter. His portrait subjects included Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant.
