Alberto Gómez Gómez

Alberto Gómez Gómez (born December 12, 1956) is a symbolic artist, painter and master print maker. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Gómez Gómez became a citizen of the United States on July 29, 2011. He is best known for producing monumentally scaled murals in the United States and Colombia. His art can next be found in private collections throughout the European capitals of Spain, Belgium, South Africa, Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Italy. His signature style depicts people, figures, and daily life. His works often quarters spiritual, social, philosophical, historical, and political happenings and issues, although often in a witty way.
