Dotty Attie

Dotty Attie (born 1938, Pennsauken, New Jersey) is an established feminist painter, and the co-founder of the first all-female helpful art gallery in America, A.I.R. Gallery. Her take action has been widely exhibited and is in many major museum collections, including the Whitney, the Museum of Modern Art, and the National Gallery in London. She then has the scarce distinction of having an all-female punk rock band named after her. Attie currently resides in New York, New York
