Harry Mills Walcott

Harry Mills Walcott (July 6, 1870 – November 4, 1944) was a leading American painter and theoretical in the first few decades of the 20th century. He was known for extremely decorative scenes of childhood. He was upon the staff of the Art Institute of Chicago for many years. Walcott was an Associate Member of the National Academy of Design.
