George Earl Ortman
George Earl Ortman (October 17, 1926 – December 16, 2015) was an American painter, printmaker, constructionist and sculptor. His perform has been referred to as Neo-Dada, pop art,
minimalism and hard-edge painting. His constructions, built in imitation of a variety of materials and objects, deal similar to the exploration off visual language derived from geometry—geometry as tale and sign.
Ortman was represented by Greenspon in New York.
