Stephen Cepello

Stephen Cepello (born June 29, 1949) is an American artist and a former professional wrestler. As a wrestler, he was best known by his ground names, Steve Strong. After retiring from wrestling to focus on his art career, he was chosen to paint the recognized Governor's Mansion and Minnesota State Capitol portraits of former wrestler and Governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura.
