Sheva Ausubel

Sheva Ausubel (1896 – 1957) was an American painter, and textile artist.

She studied at the National Academy of Design, and taking into consideration André Lhote.
She married artist, Dane Chanase (1895 — 1975).

She was a supporter of the Federal Art Project.

After practically 5-year stint in Europe and Paris France where he made a mark as a very proficient artist, Chanase returned to the US gone his wife, Sheva, on October 26, 1932, on board the ship "Europa."
