Jim Harrison (artist and writer)

Jim Harrison (January 12, 1936 – June 18, 2016) was an American artist and writer whose produce a result is known for chronicling earlier twentieth century rural life. Harrison's paintings are featured in personal and corporate art collections across the United States, and he had well-to-do one-man shows at the Hammer Galleries in New York City and the Conacher Gallery in San Francisco.
